Proprietary Discovery Arrays

We have developed a portfolio of proprietary discovery arrays for specific disease indications and also for studies involving multiple and cross disease areas, both based on the industry standard Affymetrix GeneChip® platform.

Xcel™

Our Xcel™ array is the optimal platform for biomarker discovery that enables the identification of biomarkers within multiple disease areas. Xcel™ array contains 92,000 transcripts; significantly more than is available on any other platform and the technology is optimised for use with Formalin Fixed Paraffin Embedded (FFPE) tissue.

Cancer DSA ®

Our Cancer DSA ^® research tools are the first high-density transcriptome based microarrays which focus on the transcriptome of a particular disease. They contain the most comprehensive information available for the disease under investigation on a single array and enable the obtaining of robust data from FFPE and frozen samples, while delivering additional information on the disease setting.
