Suites of Reports

One of the key benefits of Almac Interactive Reporting is the flexibility it offers users in terms of report content. Through consultation with our Project Managers at the beginning of your study, you can choose between a variety of standard, custom, and ad-hoc reporting options in both the start-up and maintenance phases of a trial.

Given the comprehensiveness of our standard reporting suite, many clients will find it unnecessary to purchase custom reports. However, the breadth of functionality and unlimited potential for customization offered Almac Interactive Reporting makes custom reporting options attractive to sponsors, particularly for large global studies, adaptive trials, and programs involving complex testing, all of which require detailed data and analysis.

  • Standard

Almac spent considerable time interviewing clients to understand sponsors’ needs for content in standard reports. Out of that process, we have initially developed a variety of comprehensive dashboards and corresponding standard reports for both clinical and drug supply professionals.

    Clinical

Reports display site, subject, drug, and user information specifically designed for Clinical professionals. Each report allows users to filter and sort by country, site, dates, events (e.g. visits), and other fields to facilitate clinical workflow. Sample clinical reports include:

    • Site Information Report (screening, enrollment, site activation, etc.)
    • Subject Visit Summary Report
    • Screen Failures/Discontinued Summary Report
    • Subject Demographic Report
    • User Information Report

    Supply

Almac Interactive Reporting offers both blinded and un-blinded (depending upon user status), as well as subject assignment information at the kit, subject, sit and depot levels. Reports are intended for use by Clinical Supply Directors/Managers, Clinical Project Managers, Depot personnel, Site Monitors and other professionals responsible for drug supply.

To facilitate the workflow of each user, Almac reports can be filtered in several ways, including by country, depot, site number, shipment and expiration dates, as well as event and status change dates. An additional key feature of Almac Interactive Reporting is the use of alerts to notify drug supply personnel of expiration dates, low inventory levels, and other milestones.

    Sample drug supply reports include:

    • Depot Inventory Report
    • Depot Lot Summary Report
    • Site Kit Detail Report
    • Shipment Detail Report
    • Reconciliation Report
    • Depot Kit Status Report
    • Site Lot Summary Report
    • Shipment History Report
    • Integrated Shipment History Report (available only to clients who purchase the integrated technology and drug supply management offering of the Almac Group).
  • Custom & Ad-Hoc

    Custom Reports

Almac realizes that every clinical trial is unique. As a result, there are sometimes factors that require custom data collection and reporting. For this reason, Almac offers upfront consultation with each client to determine if custom reports are necessary for a study. If so, our project managers and data management professionals work closely with your clinical, drug supply, or patient-reported outcomes teams to design, build and deliver a custom reporting solution that fits your need. Given the power and flexibility of our reporting solution, the possibilities for custom reporting with Almac are unlimited.

    Ad-hoc Reports

While our standard and custom reports satisfy 99% of our clients’ needs, we realize that many sponsors employ sophisticated professionals who find it necessary and/or desirable to tap directly into the database and create their own custom reports. For such professionals, Almac Interactive Reporting offers the easiest ad-hoc function in the industry. Due to the user-friendliness of the tool, sponsors can create custom reports for themselves with little to no training. It’s as easy as pointing, clicking and dragging data fields.
